Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites E-Bids from all legally registered professional video production or media production companies or service providers registered with income tax and sales tax departments/authorities in Pakistan. Items being procured: - TVC Production for Zakat The bidding procedure follows a single stage single envelope system. Bids must be submitted online on or before 17th November 2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount (Rs. 205,733/-) must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-PS as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement. No physical financial instruments like CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Further information can be obtained from the Supply Chain department at PKLI & RC during office hours from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM Monday to Friday. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2nd November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Supply Chain Conference Hall. PKLI & RC will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders regarding preparation or submission of bids.
