Agriculture Bores with Ponds Development Works at Qamirdin, Zhob and Murgha Kibzai under BSDI 2026-27

The Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management Zhob invites sealed tenders for execution of various development works under the PSDP 2026-27 scheme. The procurement is for Agriculture Bores with Ponds (two each) at Qamirdin, Zhob and Murgha Kibzai under BSDI 2026-27. Items being procured: - 06 Agriculture Bores with Ponds (two each) at Qamirdin, Zhob & Murgha Kibzai The scope includes construction and development of agriculture bores with ponds at specified locations in Zhob district. The project requires firms with PEC registration C-5 or above in relevant categories CE09(ii) Water Supply and CE10(i) General Civil Engineering Works, and EE11(vi) Solar Installation. Bidders must have completed at least two similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 27,722,107 in the last three years. An audit report for FY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 is also required. Eligibility requires active tax payer status, registration with Pakistan Engineering Council, and registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Tender fee is non-refundable and payable at any National Bank of Pakistan branch in Balochistan via EPPS challan. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard by 31 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM on the EPPS system.
