Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the hiring of firms or travel agencies for the provision of domestic and international air tickets and a range of related travel services under an open framework agreement. The procurement is based in Lahore, with the contract period set for three years. This opportunity is ideal for IATA-approved travel agencies with a proven track record in handling corporate and government travel requirements.

- Air Tickets Booking / Issuance (Domestic)
- Air Tickets Booking / Issuance (International)
- Assistance for obtaining Visa / Submission of Passports for visas
- Round the clock (24/7) availability of dedicated personnel for booking / cancellation
- Travel arrangement through foreign carriers not operating in Pakistan
- Hotels Bookings Abroad
The technical scope includes comprehensive travel management, covering ticketing, visa facilitation, hotel bookings, and 24/7 support for SNGPL staff. Agencies must be able to provide services for both domestic and international travel, including arrangements with foreign carriers and hotel bookings abroad. The framework agreement does not guarantee a minimum volume of bookings, but all requirements will be communicated through formal call-off orders to pre-qualified agencies, with selection based on the lowest financial quotation for each requirement.
Eligibility criteria require at least three years of IATA certification, valid Sales Tax, PST, NTN, and Professional Tax Certificates, and experience with government, semi-government, or multinational clients. Agencies must submit a bid security of PKR 24,000 in favour of SNGPL, and provide all mandatory documents as listed in the tender annexures. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS 2.0 by **September 01, 2026, 11:00 hours**. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours.
A practical tip: Ensure all supporting documents, especially proof of IATA certification and client references, are up to date and clearly attached, as incomplete submissions may lead to disqualification.
