Digitization and Automation Software Development for Punjab Auqaf Organization

The Punjab Auqaf Organization (PAO), an autonomous body under Punjab's Auqaf & Religious Affairs Department, invites experienced technology firms for the digitization and automation of its operations through software development. This initiative aims to modernize PAO's functions including property rent collection, human resources, development projects, financial transactions, and auctions by establishing basic digital systems and integrating them with online auction platforms, HR, project, and financial management systems. Items being procured: - Digitization & Automation of Punjab Auqaf Organization (Software Development) The scope includes software development, system enhancements, integration, data migration, and post-deployment support. Bidders must have relevant experience in digital transformation projects and be capable of delivering a comprehensive solution that supports PAO's operational needs across Punjab. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with PPRA and FBR, submit earnest money/bid security at 2% of the estimated cost in the form of bank draft/CDR, and provide CNIC copies with bids.
