Air Transportation of Aircraft Tools from Karachi to Dubai

Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL) Karachi invites sealed bids for the air transportation of aircraft tools from Karachi to Dubai Airport UAE on a port-to-port basis. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Department at PIACL Head Office Karachi. The scope includes handling, collection, security, airline handling fuel surcharge, customs entry fee, bill of lading, and air shipment charges. Hard copies of the bid along with original bid security and tender fee must be delivered to the Supply Chain Management Department at PIACL Head Office Karachi before the deadline. All bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, including submission of company profile, tax registration certificates, and technical literature if applicable. Offers must remain valid for 120 days. Manual submissions without E-PADS are not accepted. Late bids will be rejected. The decision of the General Manager Logistics is final and binding.
