Re-Location / Re-Routing of UG Cables (OFC & Copper) Along with Smart Equipment During Construction of Mass Transit Project from People's Colony to Rahwali Cantt GT Road Gujranwala

National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids for the re-location and re-routing of underground cables (OFC & Copper) along with smart equipment during the construction of the mass transit project from People's Colony to Rahwali Cantt on GT Road Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Optical Fiber Cable 96 Fibers (Duct buried, Single Mode, 1 M - G.652D) - Optical Fiber Cable 48 Fibers (Duct buried, Single Mode, 2 M - G.652D) - Optical Fiber Cable 24 Fibers (Duct buried, Single Mode, 3 M - G.652D) - Joint Enclosures (96-Fiber and 48-Fiber) with accessories - Rack type ODF 96-Fiber Preloaded with accessories - Various optical connectors and patch cords - GI Pipes, Flexible Steel Pipes, PVC/HDPE pipes - RCC Route/Joint Indicators with NTC Monogram - Marking and excavation of trenches for pipe laying - Boring of roads/ramps - Termination and splicing of OFC cables - Pulling of OFC in ducts - Installation of FDH cabinets, racks, and related accessories - Deployment of OLT at MSU including Huawei MSAG MA5600T equipment and accessories - Optical fiber test equipment and computing devices for configuration and testing The scope includes complete delivery, installation, and commissioning as per NTC approved specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with PEC in Telecom/Civil category, have relevant experience, and comply with all mandatory requirements including tax registration and blacklisting certificates. The tender follows a single stage single envelope procedure with electronic submission through EPADS portal only. Earnest money of Rs. 1,100,000/- is required in the form of pay order or bank guarantee. The contract includes warranty for one year post acceptance, liquidated damages for delays, and performance security of 5% of contract value. Bidders are encouraged to conduct site surveys and coordinate with NTC officials for clarifications.
