Tender Description
Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center invites sealed bids and proposals from well-reputed firms, sole proprietors, and companies for the supply and installation of aluminium double doors at PKLI Filter Clinics Directorate. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
Mandatory item or lot list: One scope item is printed in the notice: supply and installation of aluminium double doors at PKLI Filter Clinics Directorate. The notice does not provide a separate Sr. number, quantity, unit, site-wise breakdown, door dimensions, aluminium profile specification, glazing details, hardware schedule, or installation quantity. Bidders must obtain the detailed bidding documents and technical specifications before preparing their proposals.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and possess valid NIN and STRN registration, and must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Each bid must include bid security at 2 percent of the estimated cost, stated as **Rs. 76,700**, in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order in favour of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center. The original bid security must be submitted at bid opening. Any applicable Active Taxpayer List status, tax registrations, experience evidence, and other qualification requirements should be verified in the bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by **19 August 2026 at 10:00 AM**. Bids will be opened on the same date at **10:30 AM** in the presence of attending bidders representatives at Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, One PKLI Avenue, opposite DHA Phase 6, Knowledge City, Lahore.
