Pre-Qualification for Construction and Rehabilitation Works at HIT Taxila Cantt and ARF PAC Kamra by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications along with credentials for pre-qualification of firms and contractors near Gate No.7 GHQ Rawalpindi for issuance of tender documents for various construction and rehabilitation works. These works are located primarily at HIT Taxila Cantt and ARF PAC Kamra, both situated in Taxila, Punjab. Items being procured: - Pre Fab Walls (LGS Structure) Shop-3 in HRF (M) at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair/Replacement of Roof Damaged Portion (Including E&M Works) in Side Room of Shop-3 at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of EV Charger Shed at HIT Taxila Cantt - E&M and Electrical Works in HRF (M) at HIT Taxila Cantt - Rehabilitation/Upgradation of Main Office and Galleries in H&ST Shop at Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra - Rehabilitation/Upgradation of Cobra Hanger Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra - Construction of Machines Foundation at Cobra Hanger Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra The scope includes structural, electrical, and mechanical works involving prefabricated walls, roof repairs, electrical and mechanical installations, and rehabilitation of offices and hangers. The sites are located within military technical areas requiring compliance with MES standards and security protocols. Eligibility criteria require firms to be enlisted with PEC in categories C-2, C-3, C-4, or C-5 valid up to June 2026, preferably enlisted with MES in categories A, B, or C. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security refundable upon pre-qualification. Firms must be pre-qualified with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi, and have no outstanding DI&E recoveries or reports. Firms must also provide tax returns for the last three years. Tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms. Applications must be submitted to HQ DW&CE (DP) GHQ Rawalpindi by 1130 hours on 05 October 2026. The opening of applications will occur at 1200 hours the same day. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
