Amendment to NIT No. XEN/TC/G-55/325 for Buildings Division Sanghar Work

This notice is an official amendment issued by the Executive Engineer of the Buildings Division Sanghar regarding the previously published NIT No. XEN/TC/G-55/325 dated 17-08-2026. The amendment revises the bid submission and opening dates, as well as updates the technical specifications and eligibility criteria for the works under this tender. The revised bid submission and opening date is now 21-09-2026, replacing the earlier date of 17-09-2026 for the second attempt. The eligibility criteria have been updated to specify that the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration category for work numbers 01 and 03 must be C-5 and above, instead of the previously mentioned C-6. Additional eligibility requirements include the availability of valid ISO certifications or internationally recognized equivalents applicable to the worksite: Quality Management Certificate ISO 9001, Environmental Management Certificate ISO 14001, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Certificate ISO 45001. Bidders must upload the CDR of the Bid Security and Pay Order of the Tender Fee along with their bid on the EPADS/SPPRA website and also submit these physically before the bid opening date at the office of the Executive Engineer. An e-Stamp Paper amounting to Rs. 500/- must be submitted confirming the authenticity of all documents, particulars, and machinery information furnished. Any false information or tampering will lead to blacklisting. In case of firms, full particulars of directors or proprietors along with Power of Attorney must be furnished on e-Stamp Paper of Rs. 500/-. This amendment ensures clarity and compliance for bidders intending to participate in the procurement of civil works under the Buildings Division Sanghar. Interested bidders should carefully review the updated terms and submit their bids accordingly before the deadline of 21-09-2026. Items being procured: - Work Nos. 01 and 03 under PEC Category C-5 and above Bidders are advised to ensure all required certifications and documents are complete and authentic to avoid disqualification.
