Tender for Maintenance Works under GE (Navy) Maintenance Islamabad

Applications are invited by the GE (Navy) Maintenance Islamabad for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for various maintenance works under GE (Navy) Maintenance Islamabad. The tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 06 Oct 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Items being procured: - Replacement of external electric cable, bus bar and meter box - External water supply pipe line at C Type Block No. 9, 10 & 11 Street No. 20-A - Misc Work of BSR-II Sub Division - Misc Minor Works of BSR-I Sub Division - Plastic Emulsion Weather Shield Paint - Misc Minor Works of BSR-II Sub Division - Misc Minor Work BSR-I Sub Division - Misc Minor Works of E&M Installation - Repair Renovation of Works - Misc Minor Works of E&M Sub Division - Provision of Tough Pavements Different Locations - Repair / Renovation of Works of BSR-II Sub Division - Repair Renovation Road Works at Islamabad - Misc Minor Works of ESS Sub Division - Repair / Renovation works at Isld - Repair / Renovation work of Roads - Renovation work of Bungalow - Distempering and Painting of Work Different Location - Roof Treatment of Diff Locations - Repair / Renovation of Works of E&M Sub Division These works include renovation of kitchen & bathroom at Block No. 19 & 20, renovation of roads under BSR-II Sub Division, repair/replacement of furniture at different locations, construction of room at Islamabad, repair/renovation of roads at various locations, repair/replacement of furniture at different locations, and hard standing work at Islamabad. Firms/contractors must be on the approved list of MES contractors or other government departments with experience in similar works. Valid registration certificates from Pakistan Engineering Council, bank statement, general sales tax registration, NTN certificate, and list of movable & immovable assets are required. Prequalification documents can be obtained from GE (N) Maint Sector E-8 Islamabad. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited in the form of FDR, deposit at call, etc. The applications will be scrutinized and tenders issued to prequalified firms only. The tender opening and submission will take place at GE (N) Maint Sector E-8 Islamabad. The contractor must also furnish a statement of financial standing, details of staff employed, tools & plants, machinery, and type of work executed in the last two years. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including PEC registration, FBR/ATL status, and earnest money are complete and submitted on time to avoid disqualification.
