Repair and Renovation Works of Officers and Misc Accommodation at GE HQ NSC Chaklala

The GE HQ NSC Chaklala in Rawalpindi invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for repair and renovation works under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004. The works involve repair and renovation of officers accommodation and miscellaneous accommodation within the GE HQ NSC Chaklala area. Items being procured: - Repair / Renovation of Officers accommodation E/M Works at GE HQ NSC Ckl Area - Repair / Renovation of Officers accommodation B/R Works at GE HQ NSC Ckl Area - Repair / Renovation of Officers accommodation F/S Works at GE HQ NSC Ckl Area - Repair / Renovation of JCO / Sldr Qtrs at GE HQ NSC Ckl Area - Repair / Renovation of misc accommodation at GE HQ NSC Ckl Area The scope includes electrical/mechanical, building/repair, finishing/sanitary, and general accommodation renovation works. Contractors must be enlisted with MES in Category 'E' or above and registered with PEC. Firms not on the MES approved list must deposit 2% earnest money of the estimated cost in the form of FDR or Call Deposit pledged to GE HQ NSC Chaklala. Financial standing, staff details, tools, plant, and previous experience for the last two years must be submitted with the application duly attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer. Tender documents will be provided later to qualified contractors. Bids must be received by 1130 hrs and will be opened at 1200 hrs on the prescribed dates.
