Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) invites reputable firms to submit bids for an annual contract for hiring vendor services for events organized by the Media Public Relation & Publication Department, KMC, located at 1st Floor, KMC Main Building, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi. This contract covers a wide range of services and goods essential for successful event management and media relations throughout the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Sound system services including Eco Chamber Microphone, VIP desk speakers, power amplifiers, large and additional speakers, microphones, pianist, guitarist, orchestra, drummer, musical band - Multimedia equipment such as DVD player with laptop, SMD walls (10x20 and 12x8), LCD screens (49" and 62"), multimedia projectors (3200 and 4000 lumens), standby generators (2.5 K.V, 5 K.V, 15 K.V) - Transport charges - Electrical items including various lights (search lights, halogen, LED, color bulbs), fans, tube lights, generators with fuel, and conveyance - Catering services covering multiple menu options for refreshments, light refreshments, food menus, lunch boxes, additional food items, and beverages - Decoration items including flags of various sizes, panaflex banners, play cards, pole banners, backdrops, shamiyanas, tables, carpets, chairs, sofas, water coolers, wash basins, chandni chaddar, marcy/daira (air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned), pool covers, plates, glass, fans, air conditioners, conveyance for trucks and suzuki, and furniture decoration The scope includes supply and services for sound, multimedia, electrical, catering, and decoration items to support KMC's media and public relation events. The contractor must ensure all works are executed as per specifications and standards outlined in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, sales tax registration, professional tax, bid security of Rs. 6,60,000/- (2% of offer rate), tender fee of Rs. 5,000/-, minimum 3 years relevant experience, satisfactory past performance with KMC, financial turnover not less than bid amount for last 3 years, no blacklisting, and no ongoing litigation. Bids must be submitted via sealed covers on the SPPRA EPADS portal and physically at the office of the Director Media Public Relation & Publication Department, KMC, by 11-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will be accepted on 27-09-2026 if the initial date is unresponsive.
