Annual Contract for Patch Work, Repair, Rehabilitation, and Decoration for District Council Faisalabad

District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound, and tax-registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for annual contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended). Items being procured: - Annual contract patch work in limit of Tehsil Jaranwala District Council Faisalabad - Annual contract repair, rehabilitation, and decoration of office building etc District Council Faisalabad - Annual contract repair, rehabilitation, and decoration of different points, chowks etc District Council Faisalabad - Annual contract construction, repair, and decoration residences officers / staff colony District Council Faisalabad The scope includes patch work, repair, rehabilitation, and decoration of various district council properties and office buildings within Faisalabad, including Tehsil Jaranwala. The contracts cover maintenance and improvement of infrastructure and residential facilities for officers and staff. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have a valid PEC category. A bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts, or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 AM on 20-10-2026, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad. Incomplete, incorrect, illegible, corrupted, virus-infected, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
