Tender Description
Municipal Corporation Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, tax-registered, financially sound contractors/firms enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) under the applicable provisions of the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations.
Items being procured:
- Annual framework Contract for Repair and Maintenance of Tuff Tiles, Patchwork of Road, Curb Stone, Signage / Direction boards and Raising of Manhole etc. Faisalabad city (FY 2026-27)
- Annual framework Contract for Repair and Maintenance of PCC, RCC, Brick Work and Raising of Manhole etc. Faisalabad city (FY 2026-27)
- Annual framework Contract for Repair and Maintenance of Thermoplastic Lane Marking, Cat Eyes, Standardized Speed breakers, and Signage etc. Faisalabad city (FY 2026-27)
- Annual framework Contract for Repair and Maintenance, Shifting / Re-fixing / Smart / AI Traffic Signals installed in the Jurisdiction of MCF (FY 2026-27)
- Annual Framework Contract for Repair / Supply of Poles, Foundations, Lights, LED Bulb, Cobdown, Road Light, LED Linear, LED Flood, LED Garden, Decorate Light, Robe Light, SPD, Driver, Copper Wire, Main Switch etc. in Jurisdiction of MCF (FY 2026-27)
The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance works across Faisalabad city, covering road patchwork, signage, manhole raising, thermoplastic lane marking, traffic signal maintenance including smart and AI-based systems, and supply and repair of various lighting and electrical components under the Municipal Corporation Faisalabad jurisdiction.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category, possess valid FBR registration, and demonstrate financial soundness. A Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost/value of the quoted items must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 01:00 PM on 24/08/2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the Iqbal Hall MCF office in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representatives who may wish to attend.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid amount is within 5% of the estimated cost to avoid additional performance security requirements. Also, strictly follow the electronic submission guidelines to prevent rejection due to incomplete or improperly submitted bids.
