Municipal Corporation Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, tax-registered, and financially sound firms/suppliers for an Annual Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) under the applicable provisions of the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations. Items being procured: - Services for the supply of tractor, hydraulic tractor trolley, Mazda/Hyundai, etc. on rent basis - Stationary items - Printed forms and other documents - Chona (چونا) and Hurmchi (حرمی) distemper - Cleanliness material - Razor/barbed wire - Material for sport festival - Strychnine medicine for controlling stray dogs The procurement covers a diverse range of goods and services including vehicle rental, office supplies, printed materials, construction-related chemicals, cleaning supplies, security materials, sports event supplies, and veterinary medicines. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. A Bid Security equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost or value of the quoted items must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, or Bank Guarantees are not accepted. Bidding documents, specifications, and quantities are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be uploaded electronically by 09:30 AM on 06/10/2026 and will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM in the Iqbal Hall MCF office in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representatives. Submission of hard copies is not required. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure.
