Tender Description
The District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for Annual Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS). These contracts cover various works including patch work on different roads in Tehsil Jaranwala, maintenance and rehabilitation of office buildings, repair and decoration of chowks, and construction and repair of residences for officers and officials of the District Council Faisalabad.

- Annual Framework Contract FY 2026-27 for Patch Work Different Roads Tehsil Jaranwala
- Annual Framework Contract FY 2026-27 for Maintenance / Rehabilitation / Decoration of Office Building
- Annual Framework Contract FY 2026-27 for Repair and Rehabilitation / Decoration of different spots for Chowks
- Annual Framework Contract FY 2026-27 for Construction and Repair and Decoration Residencies Officers/Officials Colony District Council Faisalabad
The scope includes patch work, maintenance, rehabilitation, repair, and decoration works at various locations under the District Council Faisalabad. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 AM on 28.09.2026, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad. Only electronic bids will be accepted; manual or hard-copy bids will be rejected. The procurement will follow the Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts, or Bank Guarantees are not accepted.
