Construction of Two Bridges at Manjhot Shakh Goth Abdul Samad and Humza Khan District Sohbat Pur

The PP&H Department District Sohbat Pur invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of two bridges under the BSDI Programme Sohbatpur. The works include: - Construction of a bridge at Manjhot Shakh Goth Abdul Samad District Sohbat Pur (Estimated cost Rs. 5.265 Million) - Construction of a bridge on Manjhot Shakh Goth Humza Khan District Sohbat Pur (Estimated cost Rs. 4.975 Million) The bidding process will follow the rules of Balochistan Public Procurement Authorities 2014 and Pakistan Engineering Council By-Laws. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in category C-5 and above with specialization codes CE01 and CE10. Registration with Tax Authorities (NTN, Sales Tax Department, and BRA) with till-date renewal is mandatory. Earnest Money of 2% in the form of call deposit is required. Tender fee is Rs. 1500/- payable via green challan form deposited in head of account C-02716. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office during working hours or downloaded from BPPRA website (www.bppra.gob.pk) under TSE Nos. The deadline for submission of sealed bids (Technical and Financial) is on or before 21/09/2026 at 12:00 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 13:00 hrs in presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. The project requires strict adherence to bidding instructions. Bid security must be included in the technical bid or the bid will be rejected. The contract period is tentative until 30-06-2027.
