Annual Framework for Repair, Rental, Printing, Electrical & Decoration Services FY 2026-27 Rahim Yar Khan

The Municipal Committee Rahim Yar Khan is inviting quotations for its annual framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers a diverse range of repair, rental, printing, electrical, and decoration services to support municipal operations in Rahim Yar Khan. The department requires experienced contractors, shopkeepers, firms, and general order suppliers to submit their bids through the EPAD system by the deadline of 10th August 2026 at 1:00 PM. Late submissions will not be entertained. Items being procured: - Repair of Transformers (110-KVA, 25-KVA, 50-KVA, 100-KVA, 200 KVA, Transformer Oil Per Liter) - Catering Equipment, Tents, Carpets, Floor Mats, Qanats, Catering Accessories, Stage Equipment (On Rental Basis) - Main Gates (Entry/Exit Gates, Welcome Gates, etc.) (On Rental Basis) - Water Arrangements (Water Coolers, etc.) (On Rental Basis) - Skin/Flex Printing for Publicity including Publicity Flex/Skin Printing with Frame and without Frame (Rate per Square Foot including installation) - Patch Work Road City Rahim Yar Khan - Repair of Office Buildings / General Bus Stand - Electric Items on Rental Basis including LED String Lights, Firefly/Fairy Lights (Jugnoo Lights), Decorative Light Strings, Border Lighting Strips, Watt Tango Lights, Pedestal Fans, Bulb Strings/Garlands, Electrical Cables of various sizes, Buttons, Sockets, Breakers, Pixel Lights, Extension Lead, Changeover Switches, Light Poles (400 Watt, 800 Watt), ECO Sound System, Generators (25 KVA, 15 KVA, 5.5 KW), AC Repair/Service - Purchase of Electrical and Decoration Material including LED lights, decorative lighting, electrical cables, switches, sockets, breakers, fittings, poles, illumination equipment, electric safety equipment, decorative accessories for office buildings The technical scope includes repair and maintenance of transformers, rental of catering and event equipment, skin/flex printing for publicity, patch work on city roads, repair of municipal buildings, rental and servicing of electrical items for national and religious events, and procurement of electrical and decoration materials. The contract duration is from the date of approval until 30th June 2027. Bidders must provide earnest money/security deposit in the name of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure & Services), Municipal Committee Rahim Yar Khan. All applicable taxes will be borne by the bidder. Contractors must be registered with PEC and FBR/ATL and have relevant experience in similar works. Incomplete financial bids or missing documentation such as CDR/receipt will lead to disqualification. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The submission deadline is 10th August 2026 at 1:00 PM, with opening at 1:30 PM on the same day at the Municipal Committee office in Rahim Yar Khan.
