Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) invites bids from government contractors and firms registered with PEC in Category C-6 and above with Code CE-09 for the Annual Maintenance Civil Work & Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage Systems within the jurisdiction of Zones A, B, C, D, and E for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope method through the EPADS e-procurement portal. Items being procured: - Package-I: Annual Maintenance Civil Work & Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage Systems in Zone-A (Estimated Cost: PKR 8.00 Million) - Package-II: Annual Maintenance Civil Work & Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage Systems in Zone-B (Estimated Cost: PKR 10.00 Million) - Package-III: Annual Maintenance Civil Work & Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage Systems in Zone-C (Estimated Cost: PKR 8.00 Million) - Package-IV: Annual Maintenance Civil Work & Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage Systems in Zone-D (Estimated Cost: PKR 7.00 Million) - Package-V: Annual Maintenance Civil Work & Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage Systems in Zone-E (Estimated Cost: PKR 7.00 Million) The scope includes civil maintenance and repair works related to water supply, sewerage, and drainage infrastructure across the specified zones. Bidders must ensure compliance with the applicable MRS and submit bids on an "Above / Below System" basis with up to two decimal places for evaluation. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or above with Code CE-09. Bidders must also be registered with KPRA and submit a 2% CDR of the total bid price along with an affidavit. The bid security and deposit slip of PKR 3000/- must be submitted before the closing date. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS portal by 27 August 2026 at 11:00 am, with public opening at 11:30 am the same day. Original CDR and affidavit must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the General Manager HR/Admin/Procurement at WSSP office, Local Government Complex, Plot no 33, Street 13, Sector E-8, Phase-VII, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Bidders are advised to participate in a maximum of two packages to ensure efficient and prompt work performance. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will lead to contract cancellation and blacklisting.
