Annual Maintenance and Repair Electrical and Mechanical and Civil Works Sub Divisions Hangu and Thal

The Public Health Engineering Division Hangu invites bids from government contractors and firms registered with PEC, KPRA, FBR, and enlisted with the KP Central Enlistment Committee for annual maintenance and repair works in the Hangu and Thal sub divisions. The procurement covers both electrical & mechanical and civil works across these sub divisions. Items being procured: - Annual maintenance and repair (Electrical & Mechanical) Sub Division Hangu - Annual maintenance and repair (Civil Works) Sub Division Hangu - Annual maintenance and repair (Electrical & Mechanical) Sub Division Thal - Annual maintenance and repair (Civil Works) Sub Division Thal The technical scope includes repair and maintenance of electric machinery, solar works, and civil infrastructure within the specified sub divisions. Contractors must have PEC registration with codes CE-09 for Civil Work and EE-04, EE-05, EE-11, and ME-07 for electrical and mechanical works. Registration with KPRA and FBR is mandatory along with KP Central Enlistment Certificate. Additional documents such as CNIC, Form-H/SECP (if applicable), KP Electric Inspectorate Registration, and Electrical & Mechanical Workshop certification must be attached. The estimated cost for these works totals PKR 46 million with earnest money and stamp duty required at 2% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system and physical documents/BOQ must reach the office of XEN PHE Division Hangu by 11th August 2026 up to 1200 hours. The bids will be opened the same day at 1230 hours. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the bid security is properly calculated and submitted, especially if quoting rates more than 10% below the engineer’s estimate, to avoid disqualification. Timely submission through registered courier is also critical to avoid rejection.
