Tender Description
The Peshawar Canals Division Peshawar is procuring Annual Maintenance and Repair (AM&R) works for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender covers a comprehensive scope including electrical and mechanical components repair at Zakhi and Wazir Garhi Lift Irrigation Schemes, civil repair of irrigation channels, and various irrigation and flood control works across multiple sections such as KRC Head and Tail Sections, Jue Sheikh, Bara Section, and Drainage Sub Divisions. The estimated costs for individual works range from PKR 4 million to PKR 20 million, reflecting the scale and complexity of the projects.
The technical scope involves maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems, civil works for channel repairs, clearance of civil kathas, and flood control infrastructure. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category C-6 and above, with relevant specialized codes for electrical and mechanical works. Valid registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and compliance with FBR/ATL requirements are mandatory. Experience in similar irrigation and flood control projects will be advantageous.
Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the EPAD system before the closing date of 23rd June 2026 by 12:00 Noon. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Peshawar Canals Division. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16th June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same office. Earnest Money in the form of 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted as a deposit at call along with the bid documents.
