Annual Maintenance and Repair (Civil Works) for Existing Water Supply Schemes in PHE Sub Division No. I and II, Nowshera (2026-27)

Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division, Nowshera, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids through EPADS from eligible bidders in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014 on Single-Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The bidder must be registered with e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category with relevant codes, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (active status), and Federal Board of Revenue (active NTN status). Items being procured: - Annual Maintenance and Repair (Civil Works) for Existing Water Supply Schemes in PHE Sub Division No. I, Nowshera (2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 10.00 Million and bid security Rs. 0.240 Million - Annual Maintenance and Repair (Civil Works) for Existing Water Supply Schemes in PHE Sub Division No. II, Nowshera (2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 15.00 Million and bid security Rs. 0.340 Million The scope includes civil maintenance and repair works for existing water supply schemes under PHE Sub Divisions No. I and II in Nowshera for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must ensure compliance with PEC registration requirements and provide earnest money in the form of bid security as specified. Bid solicitation documents including Bill of Quantity can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA website (kppra.gov.pk). Technical and financial bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on 28-08-2026 at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids opening date will be announced after evaluation of technical bids. Incomplete or conditional bids with unverified alterations will be considered non-responsive. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids with valid reasons as per KP-PPRA Rule 47.
