Construction of Street Pavement and Solarization of DWSS in Upper Mohmmand

Items being procured: - Construction of Street Pavement at Halimzai Tehsil (Gul Pur Kalay Halimzai, Halimzai I to XIV, Halimzai Sra Krapa) with an estimated cost of Rs. 49.00 Million - Construction of Street Pavement at Tehsil Safi I to XII, estimated cost Rs. 36.00 Million - Construction of Street Pavement at Tehsil Baizai I & II, estimated cost Rs. 6.00 Million - Construction of Street Pavement at Tehsil Khwazai I to III, estimated cost Rs. 9.00 Million - Solarization of existing DWSS at multiple villages including Durba Khal II, Durba Khel VC III, Kamali Halimzai VC I, Khail Mohmmand, and others, estimated cost Rs. 27.20 Million The works involve street pavement construction across multiple union councils and solarization of water supply schemes in various villages. Contractors must be registered with PEC and KPRA, have active NTN/income tax certificates, and submit bid securities as per KPRA rules. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost in the form of call deposit in favor of the Tehsil Municipal Officer Upper Mohmmand. Bids must be submitted through the official EPADS e-procurement portal using a single stage single envelope procedure. The last date and time for submission is 19 October 2026 at 12:30 PM, with technical bids opening on the same day at 2:00 PM. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
