Original & Annual Maintenance and Repair Works for FY 2026-27 by Cantonment Board Okara

The Cantonment Board Okara under the Military Lands & Cantonments Department invites electronic bids through PPRA E-PADS 2.0 portal for original and annual maintenance and repair works for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Construction of 2x Residence for Class III staff (NIT Cost Rs. 31.9300 Million) - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Cantt Fund Buildings (Rs. 4.0000 Million) - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Roads (Rs. 2.0000 Million) - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Drains (Rs. 1.5000 Million) - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Water Supply (Rs. 1.0000 Million) - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Miscellaneous Public Improvement (Rs. 3.0000 Million) The works include construction, repair, and maintenance of buildings, roads, drains, water supply systems, and other public improvement works within the Okara Cantonment area. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the PPRA E-PADS 2.0 portal only; manual or hardcopy bids will not be accepted. Bid security (Earnest Money) must be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Okara. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded online and the original submitted three days before bid opening. The bids will be opened electronically on 10 November 2026 at 1400 hours. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, NTN, and compliance with PPRA rules. The tender rates shall remain valid for the financial year 2026-27. The successful contractor will enter into a prescribed agreement on non-judicial stamp paper within seven days of acceptance. No mobilization advance or machinery store will be provided.
