Procurement of Annual Maintenance / Servicing Contract of 06 Nos. Elevators Installed at PNSC Building

The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (M&P/TECHNICAL) invites sealed bids for the procurement of an annual maintenance and servicing contract for six elevators installed at the PNSC Building located on M.T Khan Road, Karachi. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Items being procured: - Annual maintenance and servicing contract for 06 Nos. elevators (1150 KG each) installed at PNSC Building The scope of services includes routine maintenance and servicing, provision of spare parts (charged separately), and corrective maintenance in case of faults. The contract requires servicing 12 times per month over a 22-day schedule. The technical specifications emphasize inspection and maintenance of control panels, contactors, housing machines, moving parts lubrication, guide rails, suspension and traction media, selector systems, safety devices, push buttons, signal fixtures, doors, and sills. Spare parts procurement and customs duties will be managed by the contractor with reimbursement upon verification. Eligible bidders must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar field, be registered with FBR and SRB, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and not be blacklisted. Bid security in the form of a pay order is required. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, October 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the Maintenance & Project Department, 12th Floor, PNSC Building, Karachi before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
