Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 100 KVA Diesel Generator Set at State Life Zonal Office Nawabshah

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Benazirabad Zone invites qualified and registered contractors to submit e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System Version 2.0 (EPADS) for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 100 KVA diesel generator set at the State Life Zonal Office located on Main Daur Road, Nawabshah. This tender requires bidders to be registered with EPADS and PEC, and to be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR/SRB. The scope includes supply and installation of a complete 100 KVA DG set with inbuilt AMF panel, change over switch, L.V cables, cable trays, earthing, and all related accessories and civil works as per specifications. Items being procured: - 100 KVA Diesel Generator Set with Inbuilt AMF Panel - 100 KVA Prime Canopy for DG Set - Change Over Switch 250-400 Ampere Adjustable T.P MCCB - L.V Cable 120mm 4 Core PVC/PVC Copper Conductor - Cable Tray 18 SWG MS Sheet with Cover - Earthing - Spare Parts including Air Filter, Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Driving Belt, Set of Diodes for Excitation System, and additional recommended spares The technical scope covers compliance with Pakistan Electricity Rules 1973, international standards such as ISO 3046, AS 2789, BS 5514, and includes detailed manufacturer technical data submission. The DG set must be capable of continuous rated power output with overload capacity, sound proof canopy, and suitable for outdoor/indoor installation. The contractor is responsible for site inspection, coordination with civil works, and obtaining necessary approvals and test certificates including Electric Inspector Government of Sindh. Eligibility criteria include FBR and SRB registration, minimum five years related experience, PEC registration, license to electrical contractor from Electric Inspector Govt. of Sindh, GST registration, and non-blacklisting affidavit. Bid security of PKR 200,000 in the form of pay order or bank draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted on EPADS V2.0 by 26-10-2026 before 11:00 AM, with original bid security submitted in hard copy to the designated office. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and bidders' representatives. The contract includes a defect liability period of 24 months with maintenance visits every alternate month and emergency visits on call. Completion period is 60 days from issuance of letter of award. Liquidated damages of PKR 25,000 per day apply for delays, capped at 10% of contract value. The contractor must clean the site after completion and is responsible for all taxes and duties. The successful bidder must sign a contract agreement within seven days of award.
