Purchase of 30KVA UPS with Installation

Bahria University Lahore Campus invites bids on E-Pads from authorized distributors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of equipment in Lahore. Items being procured: - Purchase of 30KVA UPS with Installation Interested eligible bidders may download tender documents from E-Pads or obtain them with a written request from the office Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm until 26 October 2026 upon payment of Rs. 1000 as tender document cost (non-refundable). The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted through E-Pads. A Bid Security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in the name of Bahria University Lahore Campus is required. Hard copies of documents and bid security must be deposited in the Procurement Office before 1130 hours on 27 October 2026. Proposals will be opened the same day after 1200 hours in the presence of bidders. Bahria University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders should ensure their FBR and Sales Tax registration is valid and submit all required documents timely.
