Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Orakzai invites bids for Annual Operation Maintenance and Repair (AOM&R) works covering both civil and electrical/mechanical disciplines in Orakzai District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This tender is specifically issued for contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) with relevant codes and active status.

- AOM&R Civil Work at Ghiljo District Orakzai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 6.00 Million)
- AOM&R Civil Work at Kalaya District Orakzai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 8.00 Million)

The scope includes comprehensive civil maintenance and repair works along with electrical and mechanical repairs of machinery and equipment. Contractors must have PEC registration codes CE-09 for civil works and EE-04, EE-05, EE-11, or ME-07 for electrical/mechanical works including solar works. Financial soundness, relevant experience, and required equipment are mandatory for eligibility.
The tender documents including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and bidding data can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA portal (kpprs.gov.pk). Bidders must submit their electronic bids through EPADS by 20th July 2026 at 12:00 Noon. The opening of bids will be on the same day at 12:30 Noon. Original bid securities and tender fees must be physically submitted to the undersigned office via registered post or courier before the closing date.
