Providing Laying of Water Line from Al-Habib Hotel to Shahbaz Goth UC-08 TMC Sohrab Goth

Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi East, invites sealed bids for the work of Providing Laying of Water Line from Al-Habib Hotel to Shahbaz Goth UC-08. This tender is part of the development works under TMC Sohrab Goth for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Excavation of pipeline trenches and pits - Laying and fixing high density polyethylene (HDPE-100) pipes PN-8 - Fixing C.I sluice valves and associated fittings - Refilling excavated trenches with compaction - Providing chambers with RCC and brick masonry - Air valve double acting The technical scope includes excavation, laying HDPE pipes conforming to ISO standards, installation of sluice valves, and construction of chambers as per approved designs. The site is located within Sohrab Goth, Karachi East. The contract duration is 3 months with an estimated cost of Rs. 29.72 million. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, have relevant experience of at least 5 years, and meet financial turnover requirements. A bid security of 5% of the bid price is mandatory, payable via Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.
