The Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi East, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the work of Providing Laying of C.C Paver Blocks from Waseem Biryani to Bismillah Milk Shop at Ayub Goth Ward No.03 UC-03. This project involves the supply and installation of high-quality cement concrete paver blocks, including site preparation and laying as per specifications. Items being procured: - Dismantling cc plain 1:2:4 - Earth work excavation in ordinary soil - Carriage of materials like stone aggregate, bricks etc. - Providing and laying aggregate base course - Providing & fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm - Kerb stone precast edge block - Manufacturing and supplying precast RCC ring slab - Manufacturing and supplying manhole cover - Shifting & fixing of 36" dia ring slab The technical scope includes all civil works related to paver block laying, base preparation, kerb fixing, and manhole adjustments. The site is located in Ayub Goth, Karachi East. Bidders must have valid PEC registration, relevant experience of at least 5 years, and meet financial turnover requirements. Earnest money of 5% of the bid price is required in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Tender cost is Rs. 3,000 non-refundable. The contract period is 3 months with a penalty of Rs. 1,000 per day for delay. Bids must be submitted online through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) e-procurement portal by 11:00 AM on 30-09-2026.
