Tender Description
GMC Teaching Hospital Gujranwala is inviting sealed bids for the Financial Year 2026-2027 from firms with established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. The procurement is specifically for the annual rate contract for hiring of Security Services at the hospital premises in Gujranwala.

The scope of this tender includes provision of professional security services to ensure safety and protection of hospital assets, staff, and patients. The contract requires firms to have relevant experience and capability to manage security operations effectively within a healthcare environment. Bidders must submit a Technical Bid and Financial Bid in a single stage, two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended).
Eligibility criteria include submission of company profile detailing technical, engineering, managerial capabilities, after sales services if applicable, and past performance. Firms must be registered with FBR and ATL and provide bid security of 1% of the estimated amount as per PPRA Rule 2014 (amended). Successful bidders will be required to furnish a 5% Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in the name of Medical Superintendent, GMC Teaching Hospital Gujranwala.
The tender documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications can be downloaded online from the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website before the closing date. Bids must be submitted/uploaded online on the e-Procurement System website before 05-08-2026 at 10:30 AM. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
