Security Guard Services for Vocational Training Institute Attock

Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC) invites bids for Security Guard Services at the Vocational Training Institute Attock. PVTC is an autonomous corporate body under the Punjab Government, dedicated to poverty alleviation by imparting demand-driven skill training to poor youth through over 182 Vocational Training Institutes across Punjab. Items being procured: - Security services for 3 security guards for a period of 9 months The scope includes deployment of security personnel at VTI Attock for up to one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance and budget availability. The security companies must be registered with the Ministry of Interior/Concerned Home Department, have valid licenses, and be registered with tax authorities (Income Tax & Punjab Revenue Authorities), SECP, EOBI, and Social Securities. Life insurance policies for security guards are mandatory. Eligibility criteria require at least three years of experience, registration with FBR Active Taxpayers List, and compliance with all terms and conditions in the tender document. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,485,000 inclusive of all taxes, with a fixed bid security of Rs. 59,400 at 4% of the total cost.
