Suppliers must ensure quality management and occupational health and safety compliance throughout the contract period. The contract is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least 5 assignments of similar nature and complexity, possess a valid PEC category, be registered on the Active Tax Payer List, hold a Sales Tax Certificate, and not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
