Annual Rate Running Contract for Horticulture Maintenance / Upgradation of Supreme Court Building & Other Allied Facilities Islamabad for Year 2026-27

The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on Single Stage- One Envelope basis as per PPRA Rules from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council holding valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above with Project Code CE-10 etc for the Year 2026-27. The procurement is for the Annual Rate Running Contract for Horticulture Maintenance and Upgradation of Supreme Court Building and other allied facilities in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Horticulture Maintenance - Upgradation works for Supreme Court Building - Allied Facilities maintenance The contract covers comprehensive horticulture services including maintenance and improvement works at the specified locations. Bidders must be PEC registered in Category C-6 or higher with relevant project codes and demonstrate eligibility and qualification as per bidding documents available on EPADSv2.0 portal. Earnest money of Rs.102,202/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADSv2.0 on or before Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 11:30 am. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 pm in the presence of procurement committee and authorized bidders' representatives at the office of Director Environment (East), CDA, F-9 Park, Islamabad.
