Framework Contract for Provision of Human Resource and Operations and Maintenance of 561 Water Filtration Plants in DG Khan Division

Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA) invites E-Bids by uploading PDF files from contractors and firms registered with the registration system available on the e-Procurement portal having valid PEC license in category C4 & Above with relevant code ME-06. Bidders must be registered with FBR & PRA (NTN and PNTN) for e-Procurement on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). All e-bids must be submitted online through the eP system. Items being procured: - Framework contract for provision of human resource - Operations and maintenance of 561 water filtration plants - Location: DG Khan Division - Contract duration: 4 months extendable for further 8 months The scope includes managing and maintaining water filtration plants to ensure continuous and efficient operation. The contract requires experienced firms with valid PEC registration and relevant FBR/PRA documentation. A bid security amounting to Rs. 3,547,637/- (2% of estimated cost) must accompany all bids. The bid security will be processed digitally through the eP system via 1Link or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bidders must submit complete and authenticated e-bids online on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). The bidding procedure is single stage two envelopes, with encrypted electronic files deemed as submission in envelope format. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening.
