Annual Repair and Maintenance of Civil, Plumbing, Electrical and Allied Works at University of Swabi Main and Old Campus FY 2026-27

The University of Swabi invites electronic bids through EPADS from eligible firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialized codes, registered with KPRA and having active NTN registration with FBR. This procurement is for the Framework Contract under clause 31 A of KP-PPRA Rules 2014 for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Civil Works - Plumbing Works - Electrical Works - Allied Works at Main Campus and Old Campus of University of Swabi The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance work based on MRS 2025 for the 1st Bi-Annual period. The contract requires firms with PEC category C-06 or above and CE-10 relevant codes. Bidders must submit bids electronically on EPADS by or before 28-08-2026 at 02:00 PM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 02:30 PM. A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 3,000 must be deposited via Demand Draft or CDR in the specified UBL Swabi Branch account. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, with additional securities applicable for bids below the engineer's estimate as per terms. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS and original documents submitted to the University office by the closing date and time. The University reserves the right to cancel any or all bids under Rule 47 of KP-PPRA.
