Water and Sanitation Services Company Haripur (WSSCH) invites bids from reputed contractors registered with PEC in applicable registered category and having valid NTN and KPRA registration. Bidders must also have Active Filing Status on ATL of FBR and KPRA. The procurement follows a single-stage one-envelope method and percentage above/below procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Items being procured: - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Civil Works & Water Distribution System - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Motor, Pumps, Transformer & Voltage Stabilizers The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance of civil infrastructure and water distribution systems, as well as electrical and mechanical upkeep of motors, pumps, transformers, and voltage stabilizers. Bidders should ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards as per the bid documents. Complete bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Chief Executive Officer WSSCH Haripur between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday from the date of appearance on the KPRA website until the closing date. A tender fee of Rs. 2000/- is payable via Pay Order in the name of Chief Executive Officer WSSCH Bank of Khyber Haripur A/C No (PK57KHYB5019003007654404). Bids must be submitted through EPADS before 11:30 AM on October 12, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their representatives. Bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of Call, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Additional bid security will apply as per KPRA regulations. The quoted bids should include all applicable taxes, levies, and duties. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 5, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the office of General Manager (HR, Admin, Procurement & IT).
