Annual Repair and Maintenance of Federal Government Lodges, Residential Colonies, Widow's Houses and Mosques at Quetta

The Estate Office Management is procuring Annual Repair and Maintenance services for Federal Government Lodges, Residential Colonies, Widow's Houses and Mosques located in Quetta, Balochistan. This comprehensive works contract covers a wide range of civil, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping tasks to ensure upkeep and functionality of these government properties. The technical scope includes plastering, distempering, weather shield painting, tile replacement, plumbing installations including CP bib cocks, W.C pans, PPRC pipes, water tanks, and uPVC piping.
