Annual Tender for Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery and Miscellaneous Items 2026-2027

The Petroleum Division, Policy Wing (Ministry of Energy – Petroleum Division) Islamabad, invites reputable firms and agencies to participate in the Annual Tender for Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery and other miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is conducted through a Closed Framework Agreement with subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the framework period of 8 months. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of stationery and office supplies such as Ball Pens (0.8mm and 0.7mm), Binder Clips of various sizes (¾", 1¼", 1½", 2"), Diary Registers, Envelopes of multiple sizes and colors, Erasers, File Flappers, Correction Fluids, Scales, Gum Sticks, High-Lighters, Led Pencils, Gel Pens, Paper Clips, Punches (single and double hole), Posted Pad Flags, Registers, Draft Pads, Scissors, Paper Cutters, Scotch Tapes, Tape Dispensers, Sharpeners, Shorthand Books and Pencils, Stamp Pads, Staplers and Pins, Dak Books and Pads, Color Papers, Calculators, Summary Papers, Printer Toners for various models, Flash Drives (16GB, 32GB, 64GB), Domestic Glassware and Tableware, Dish Wash Liquids, Sponges, Insect Killer Sprays, Washing Powders, Waste Paper Baskets, Glass Cleaners, Table Sets, Air Fresheners, Wood Furniture Polish, Duster Cloths, Soaps, Tissue Papers and Rolls, Extension Leads and Power Plugs, Outlet Boxes, among others. The technical scope requires supply of items as per specified quality and durability standards with delivery at Petroleum House, G-5/2, Islamabad Capital Territory within 7 days of purchase order. Eligibility criteria include valid NADRA citizenship, NTN and GST registration, FBR Active Taxpayer List status, and submission of a Pay Order of Rs.214,500/- as bid security. Firms must not be blacklisted and must provide an affidavit confirming this. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on November 2, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. The bid security must be submitted in original before bid closing time. Rates should be exclusive of GST and valid until June 30, 2027.
