Procurement of Foam Mattresses with Water-Resistant Parachute Cover by Punjab Prisons

Punjab Prisons Home Department Government of the Punjab invites e-bids from eligible mattress manufacturers based in Pakistan, duly registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments holding valid National Tax Number and Punjab Sales Tax registration for supply and delivery of mattresses. Items being procured: - Foam Mattress with water-resistant Parachute Cover (25,000 units) The procurement involves supply of 25,000 foam mattresses with water-resistant parachute covers as per detailed specifications mentioned in the bidding documents. The mattresses will be delivered on F.O.R. Jail Gates basis. Bidders must be registered manufacturers with valid tax credentials and comply with all registration requirements. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 3,500,000) is required. Samples as per quantity mentioned must be submitted along with laboratory test fees. All laboratory and analysis expenses will be borne by the bidder. Performance Guarantee equivalent to 3% of contract price is also required.
