Annual Supply Contract for VSD Items at Karachi by Pakistan Navy

Pakistan Navy invites GST/Income Tax registered firms and suppliers for the annual supply contract of various VSD items at Karachi. The procurement is for Butter Fresh, Meat Tinned, Sharbat, Dates, and Jam Tinned items. Bidders must submit offers under Para 36(b) of PPRA rules 2004 using a single stage two envelope procedure. Delivery of items will be arranged by the firms themselves. Items being procured: - Butter Fresh: 200 GMS (25,000 Kgs), 10 GMS (5,600 Kgs) - Meat (Tinned or Equivalent): Beef Haleem (7,000 Kgs), Chicken Haleem (8,000 Kgs), Chicken with Grams (5,000 Kgs), Chicken Karahi (3,000 Kgs), Beef Nihari (2,000 Kgs) - Sharbat (40,000 Litres) - Dates (Rabaai) (47,000 Kgs) - Jam Tinned: Apple (5,000 Kgs), Mango (5,000 Kgs), Orange/Marmalade (5,000 Kgs), Jam Tinned 15 GMs (5,600 Kgs) The scope includes supply of fresh and tinned food items to Pakistan Navy at Karachi. All participating firms must attach earnest money (pay order) in favor of COMDEP welfare and improvement fund A/C 01700103296198 (Meezan Bank) with their technical quotations. Offers without pay order will not be entertained. Tender documents can be collected from the Office of the Commander Depot Group (COMDEP) at Naval Stores Sub Depot, West Wharf Road Karachi during working hours. Tender details are also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Bids will be received and closed at 1100 AM and opened at 1130 AM on 01-10-2026 at COMDEP office. Interested firms with previous experience in supplying these commodities are encouraged to apply. Ensure all documents including earnest money and technical bids are complete to avoid disqualification. Timely submission is critical as late bids will not be accepted.
