Pre-Qualification of Firms for Supply, Repair and Maintenance Services in Islamabad

The Industries & Labour Welfare Department ICT Islamabad invites sealed technical bids from suppliers and contractors who have established state-of-the-art workshops in Islamabad with skilled manpower for supply, repair, and maintenance services. The scope includes the following sectors: - Stationery - Others render services - Repair of Transport - Repair of Machinery - Repair of Furniture - Repair of office building - Repair of Software - Repair Hardware & IT Equipment - Purchase/Repair of Misc-Items - Weight & Measurement The agreement will cover the financial year 2026-27 and may be extended up to three years based on satisfactory performance. Services will be procured as and when required through requests for quotations (RFQ) or single quotations as per PPRA Rules 2004. Interested vendors registered with FBR (Active on Sales Tax & Income Tax List) may submit their proposals in a single envelope before the closing date and time at the office of the Industries & Mineral Development Department Islamabad. Tender documents can be collected from the General Branch of Labour & Industries & Mineral Development Department. Bidders must submit their bids along with a covering letter on firm/company letterhead duly signed and stamped. The sealed technical bids will be opened on 23-11-2026 at 02:00 PM in the presence of representatives of participating firms. The office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage of the pre-qualification process. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical profiles and ensure timely submission before the deadline of 18-11-2026 by 02:00 PM.
