Tender Description
The Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Rawalpindi is procuring Anti Cancer Medicines for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for licensed and reputable chemists and suppliers registered with the Ministry of Health and DRAP Government of Pakistan, located in Rawalpindi. The medicines are required on a monthly or as-needed basis to support cancer treatment at CMH Rawalpindi.
The technical scope includes the supply of generic molecules meeting quality standards as per the detailed terms and conditions available from the Procurement Department of CMH Rawalpindi during office hours. The procurement process follows a single-stage two-envelope system requiring submission of a financial proposal, technical proposal, and a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as earnest money. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day as the closing date in the presence of company representatives.
Eligible bidders must be licensed chemists or suppliers with valid registration from the Ministry of Health and DRAP, and must comply with all quality and regulatory standards. Experience in supplying anti-cancer drugs and registration with FBR and ATL is recommended to strengthen the bid. The submission deadline is 18 June 2026 by 1000 hours, with technical proposals opening at 1100 hours on the same day at CMH Rawalpindi.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all required documents, including quality certifications and CDR, are complete and properly packaged in separate envelopes as per PPRA rules. Late or incomplete submissions may be rejected. Early preparation and verification of documents can help avoid last-minute issues and increase chances of successful bidding.
