AOM&R and Special Repair of Civil Work for CRBC Irrigation Canal Network in District DI Khan During 2026-27

CRBC Irrigation Division DI Khan under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department invites bids from approved contractors registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) and holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the current Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is for the Annual Operation, Maintenance & Repair (AOM&R) and special repair of civil works for the CRBC Irrigation Canal Network in District Dera Ismail Khan. Items being procured: - (01/06) AOM&R and special repair any kind of civil work for CRBC Irrigation Sub Division No.1 DI Khan in District DI Khan (Shor Kot Section) - (02/06) AOM&R and special repair any kind of civil work for CRBC Irrigation Sub Division No.1 DI Khan in District DI Khan (Gomal Section) - (03/06) AOM&R and special repair any kind of civil work for CRBC Irrigation Sub Division No.1 DI Khan in District DI Khan (Fateh Section) - (04/06) AOM&R and special repair any kind of civil work for CRBC Irrigation Sub Division No.2 DI Khan in District DI Khan (Naivela Section) - (05/06) AOM&R and special repair any kind of civil work for CRBC Irrigation Sub Division No.2 DI Khan in District DI Khan (Mahra Section) - (06/06) AOM&R and special repair any kind of civil work for CRBC Irrigation Sub Division No.2 DI Khan in District DI Khan (Ramak Section) The scope includes all civil repair and maintenance works necessary to keep the irrigation canal network functional and efficient. Each sub work has an estimated cost of Rs. 2.00 Million with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 40,000. Contractors must have PEC specialization code CE-04 (Full, ii, or v) and PEC category C-6 or above. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) before 07 October 2026 at 01:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM. All bidders should upload their bids including CDRs, rates, and bid documents via EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/). The bidding documents and terms can also be downloaded from the department website www.irrigation.gkp.pk and KPPRA website www.kppra.gov.pk. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost for each sub work. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bids will remain valid for 90 days from the opening date. Failure to submit original bid security will result in debarment for one year. Repeat violations may lead to blacklisting for three years as per KPPRA rules.
