Emergency Works at PAF Base Chaklala

The DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency works at PAF Base Chaklala, Rawalpindi. The procurement is for the provision of certain facilities at the PAF Base with estimated costs of Rs. 59.000 Million, Rs. 55.000 Million, and Rs. 35.520 Million for three separate works. Items being procured: - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (3 lots with different estimated costs). The scope includes construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works at the PAF Base. Firms must provide work orders, location details, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates. Only firms registered with PEC in relevant categories and having experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works are eligible. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding issues with government departments. Applicants must submit personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Only firms enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 or above with validity up to June 2026 or enlisted with MES in Category A are eligible. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security (refundable). Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala by 07 Oct 2026 at 1130 hours. Opening will be on the same day at 1200 hours.
