Construction and Beautification of Model Streets and Entry Gate in Tank City

The Local Govt & RDD District Tank invites sealed tenders through EPADS for various construction and beautification works under MRS – 2025 (1st Bi-Annual) / Non MRS items as per approved PC-I. These works are part of upliftment and beautification activities including infrastructure improvement, monuments, street lights, and green spaces in southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Tank city. Items being procured: - Construction/Beautification of Model Streets at Rasheed Ali Khel etc. Mohallah Qutab Colony City-I (Rs. 7.03 Million) - Construction/Beautification of Model Streets at Near Tariq Burki House etc. City-I (Rs. 9.40 Million) - Construction/Beautification of Model Streets at Humayun Abad etc. Razaq Colony (Rs. 5.64 Million) - Construction/Beautification of Model Streets at Saidal Itwari Kalai Dosti Koroona UC Garah Baloch (Rs. 7.056 Million) - Construction/Beautification of Model Streets at Gul Muhammad Itwari Kalai Dosti Koroona UC Garah Baloch (Rs. 4.703 Million) - Construction of Entry Gate Bab-e-Ali, Haji Nasir Jan Langah Gara Baloch (Gate) (Rs. 4.20 Million) - Construction of Foot Paths and Waiting Shade near Degree College, and in other different places of Tank City (Rs. 14.29 Million) The scope includes civil construction and beautification of streets and public infrastructure in Tank city. Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government for the current financial year. All bids must be submitted through EPADS portal and also sent in hard copy sealed envelopes containing separate Technical and Financial proposals clearly marked. The last date and time for submission of electronic tenders is 20th October 2026 at 12:30 PM. Financial bids opening date will be communicated after technical evaluation. Online clarifications are accepted until 13th October 2026, 5:00 PM. Bid security at 2% of estimated cost is required in the form of call deposit in favor of Assistant Director (Senior) LG & RDD District Tank. Bids remain valid for 90 days from closing date. One practical tip: Ensure your technical proposal is well numbered with a detailed table of contents as per instructions to avoid disqualification. Also, strictly avoid cutting or overwriting in bid documents to maintain bid validity.
