Architectural & MEP Design, Renovation / Upgradation of Existing Gym and Supply and Installation of Latest Gym Equipment in DAC & CC Phase-VIII DHA Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) Karachi invites sealed bids on Single Stage One Envelope Procedure on EPC Mode for the Architectural and MEP design, renovation and upgradation of the existing gym along with the supply and installation of the latest gym equipment in DAC & CC Phase-VIII, DHA Karachi. This project requires firms with PEC registration for the year 26-27 in categories C4 & Above, CE-10, EE-11 & ME-07 and experience in similar nature projects. Items being procured: - Architectural & MEP Design - Renovation / Upgradation of Existing Gym - Supply and Installation of Latest Gym Equipment Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Additional Director (Contracts), Engineer Directorate, PDOHA Head Office from 23 October 2026 upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 10,000/- in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi. Bidders must also provide valid PEC registration certificates. Sealed design and financial proposals (one original and one copy) must be delivered to the Additional Director (Contracts), Engineer Directorate on or before 1430 hours on 10 November 2026. The proposals will be opened the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. PDOHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the provision of rules and regulations.
