Tender Description
The Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department through its Project Management Unit (PMU) invites bids for the procurement of specialized items and services to support the Establishment of Wildlife Communication Hub and Experience Facilities in Punjab, specifically in Lahore. The procurement includes three main lots:
Items being procured:
- Thermal Imaging Drones (2 units)
- Thematic Furniture & Fixtures for Giraffe Cafe (multiple units)
- Signages for Bansra Gali Zoological Garden, Murree (multiple units)
The Thermal Imaging Drones are intended to enhance wildlife monitoring capabilities. The Thematic Furniture & Fixtures will furnish the Giraffe Cafe, contributing to the visitor experience. The Signages will be installed at Bansra Gali Zoological Garden as part of its revamping project.
The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website and the Punjab E-Procurement System portal. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately online via the Punjab E-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 1st November 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
