- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF (multiple lots with amounts ranging from Rs. 1.830 Million to Rs. 3.999 Million per lot)
The scope covers various facility provisions at the PAF base, likely involving civil and structural works to support operational readiness. Contractors must have relevant experience and meet special conditions for the job and area. Only firms scrutinized and approved by MES will be issued tender documents.
Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category E or above, and contractors must be on the approved MES list with relevant experience. Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit Rs. 150,000 as security via Defence Saving Certificate. Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding issues with government departments.
Tender documents must be submitted by 1150 hours on 11 November 2026, with opening at 1230 hours the same day. Interested parties can contact GE (Air) Rafiqui authorized representative from 0800 to 1500 hours on working days for further details.
