Hiring of Armed Security Guard Services at Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad

The Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI) is seeking to hire professional armed security guard services to ensure the safety and protection of its premises, staff, and assets in Islamabad. This procurement is specifically for providing 2 armed guards who will operate in shifts to provide 24/7 security coverage. The scope of work includes monitoring entry and exit points, patrolling the premises, incident reporting, log maintenance, and emergency response handling. The contract duration is initially one year with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance. Eligible bidders must have a valid security license issued by the Ministry of Interior, NTN and GST registration certificates, and proof of ATL status. Experience of 3 to 5 years in similar security services is required along with a company profile and a list of completed projects. Financial proposals must provide the monthly rate per armed guard inclusive of all taxes, uniforms, and administrative expenses.
